Domiciliary Care and what it is?
Domiciliary care, means you or your loved one can continue to stay in a place you most feel comfortable or have built a lot of memories which is your own home. It is usually that you or your love one may be start to find it difficult to complete all areas of their routine and want some support whilst staying in familiar surroundings.
We would review your care package with you and or your family to establish the type of support needed and will then arrange home visits from a fully trained care worker, ranging from 30 minutes to several hours of the day, based on the care required, we can be arranged to help you with a wide range of everyday tasks, including:
- Medication administration and management
- Help with mobility in and out of your Home
- Meal preparation and other household tasks
- Clinical care
- Personal and continence care
